When you contact us by phone, email or the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, contact details, site postcode and a description of your project. We do not collect more than we need to respond to your enquiry.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and deliver any services you instruct. Enquiries may be passed to the vetted specialist contractor best placed to carry out your work, solely for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you have made) and, where work proceeds, the performance of a contract.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted.
