Piling for developers, main contractors, engineers and self-build clients across the North West — priced from your pile schedule, delivered to programme, documented to the standard your warranty provider expects.
Sectors we serve
Housing schemes and apartment blocks — high pile counts installed fast with CFA and driven rigs.
Portal frames, warehouse bases, mezzanines and machine foundations along the motorway corridors.
Low-vibration methods and tight-programme working on live campuses and hospital estates.
Infill and city-centre plots where access, neighbours and noise all need managing.
Sheet piled excavation support, king post walls and foundations for utilities and highways structures.
Driven piles for barns, grain stores and slurry structures on soft rural ground.
Two ways to engage us
- Install to your design. Send the pile schedule, layout and site investigation; we return a fixed, itemised price and a programme.
- Contractor-designed piling. Give us the column loads and the SI report; our engineers design the piles, submit for approval and install — single point of responsibility from design to certification.
What every contract includes
RAMS before mobilisation. Insurance certification. Daily pile installation records. Integrity testing as standard, static or dynamic load testing where specified. As-built layouts and a full handover pack for building control, the warranty provider and the design team. Our teams work to Building Regulations, the relevant Eurocodes and NHBC standards.
Why North West ground rewards local knowledge
From made ground over Liverpool's docklands to the peat mosses around the Mersey and the variable glacial tills of Greater Manchester, this region punishes contractors who price from a desk. Local ground knowledge means the method we tender is the method that works — protecting your programme from the re-design and standing time that follow a wrong first choice.
Typical commercial services
- CFA piling — 300–600mm diameter, high daily outputs.
- Driven steel piling — proven set on every pile, zero spoil.
- Sheet piling — temporary works, cofferdams and permanent walls.
- Restricted access piling — plant rooms, live premises, internal works.
- Foundation packages — piles, caps, beams and slabs as one contract.

What customers say
Told by building control our extension needed piles and feared the worst. They visited within the week, explained everything without jargon, and the final bill matched the quote to the penny.
The rig fitted through our side gate, which two other firms said was impossible. Piled in two days, tidy site, paperwork straight to our building inspector.
As the main contractor we needed 60 CFA piles installed to programme. Mobilised on the agreed date, records issued daily, zero defects at handover.
